21 Days of Calm

A three-week mindfulness challenge to help you slow down, tap into the present moment, and find your inner calm.

Do you often find yourself anxious, overwhelmed, and frustrated by the little details in life?

Are you struggling with a busy schedule AND a busy mind?

Does this sound all too familiar?

You're constantly playing catch up. You want to stay on top of everything, but it's so hard when you feel like you're constantly falling behind.

You keep losing your cool. You wish you could stay calm during the day instead of freaking out over every little thing that doesn't go as planned.

You feel rushed all the time. If only you had more time to actually enjoy life instead of rushing through everything. You wish you could slow down for just a moment to gather your thoughts.

What if you could...

  • slow down and find peace in your fast-paced, chaotic life
  • be intentional with your time instead of constantly playing catch up
  • actually feel calm and in control during stressful situations
  • create a sense of ease and balance in your daily routine

Introducing 21 Days of Calm!

21 Days of Calm is a three-week guided program designed to help you quiet your busy mind, simplify your hectic schedule, and create a sense of calm in your non-stop life

How It Works

Through video lessons, daily challenges, and a guided digital workbook, you’ll get the advice, tools, and encouragement you need to feel calmer and less overwhelmed during stressful times.

We'll explore three key areas:

Week One: Quieting Your Mind

During this week, we’ll explore ways that you can reduce mental clutter, avoid distractions, and make things simpler so that you can make peace with your busy mind.

Week Two: Slowing Down

This week, we’re going to slow down, take mindful pauses, and let go of anything that might be holding you back from living a calmer life.

Week Three: Creating Inner Calm

This week we’ll be focusing on mindfully reconnecting to yourself and others to bring more calm into your life. We’ll create space for acceptance and appreciation, and wrap everything up to bring order to the chaos of life.

At the end of the 21 day program, you will:

  • Have a clearer and quieter mind
  • Feel less overwhelmed by your to-do list
  • Handle stressful situations with grace and composure
  • Feel lighter and more at ease with your daily life
  • Be a calmer, more patient version of yourself

What's included in the program:

3 weeks of daily action challenges to inspire a calmer state of mind

21 video lessons to guide you through the action challenges

An in-depth printable workbook with reflection pages and daily habit tracker to encourage clarity and inner calm

Hi, I'm Catherine! I'm a coach, blogger, and obsessive tea drinker. I'm here to help make your life more blissful.

I know what it's like to feel controlled and constantly overwhelmed by your to-do list. I've always been the person to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once, and it can push your stress levels through the roof.

While working a full-time job, writing a blog, and taking grad school classes to become a coach, I knew I had to prioritize my mental well-being above all else. I trained my mind to stay in the present moment and focus on the good instead of how much I had to get done. By implementing the tools I'm sharing in 21 Days of Calm, I trained my mind to deal with whatever life threw at me.

We're all busy, but your mind is the most valuable asset you have. Are you willing to take care of it?

"Everything you do can be done better from a place of relaxation."

What others are saying:

"I loved the format and coaching in 21 Days of Calm. As someone who does a lot of therapy and has gone through many phases of the 'journey', I wanted to say your work and coaching is right on, simplistic in truth, easy to follow and be reminded of to get back on track."

- Beth B.

"21 Days of Calm came at the perfect time. Writing everything down that has been on mind was amazing (and somewhat alarming) and by the end of the first week, I had everything crossed off by either dealing with it quickly, scheduling it in my calendar, or determining it is really not that important right now. I stop any feelings of overwhelm when I am organized. This helped me get back to that place again."

- Cheryl P.

"I really enjoyed the challenge when I did it last Fall. Your exercises and tools were super helpful, and I still use many of them whenever I feel like I need to take a minute to chill and get in touch with myself again. The best part is that everything you teach can be put into action right away."

- Noelle H.
